Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Economy Shipping:

Standard Shipping:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges once the package reaches its destination country.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
